Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Tanuku Digital Marketing ("we", "us", "our") and you ("Client", "you") when you use or purchase any of our digital marketing services.

By contacting us, making a payment, or using our services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

Our Services

Tanuku Digital Marketing provides the following services:

• Website Development (business websites, e-commerce, landing pages, portfolios)
• Website Maintenance (monthly updates, security, backups)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Social Media Marketing (SMM) and management
• Digital Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaigns)
• WhatsApp Marketing (bulk messaging, broadcasts)
• Email Marketing (campaigns, newsletters, automation)

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon individually before work begins. Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made as per the schedule agreed before project commencement. Our standard payment structure is:

• 50% advance — required before project work begins
• 50% balance — due upon project completion and before final delivery
• For monthly services (maintenance, SEO, SMM) — payment is due at the beginning of each month

Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. Work will not commence until the advance payment is received. Tanuku Digital Marketing reserves the right to pause or stop work if payments are delayed beyond 7 days of the due date.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, logos, images, and information in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback within 3 business days of receiving deliverables
• Ensure that all content provided is accurate, legal, and does not infringe any third-party rights
• Provide necessary access (domain, hosting, social media accounts) as required
• Appoint a single point of contact for communication to avoid conflicting instructions
• Inform us of any changes to project requirements promptly

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information or approvals will not be the responsibility of Tanuku Digital Marketing and may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project, including website design, content, and graphics produced by us.

However, Tanuku Digital Marketing retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials
• Use project details for promotional purposes (with client identity protected if requested)
• Retain ownership of any templates, frameworks, or tools used in development

Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins, themes) remain under their respective licenses. The client is responsible for ensuring they hold valid licenses for any content they provide to us.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not share, sell, or disclose any sensitive business information, trade secrets, or personal data provided to us during the course of the project to any third party without written consent.

This includes but is not limited to: business strategies, customer data, financial information, and proprietary content. This obligation remains in effect even after the project is completed or the business relationship ends.

Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed at the time of project initiation. Standard inclusions are:

• Basic Plan — up to 2 rounds of revisions
• Standard Plan — up to 3 rounds of revisions
• Premium Plan — up to 5 rounds of revisions

Revisions beyond the agreed rounds, or changes that alter the original project scope, will be treated as new work and charged accordingly. Major scope changes may require a revised quote and timeline.

Project Timeline

Estimated project timelines are provided at the start of each project. These timelines are based on the assumption that the client will provide all required materials and feedback within the agreed timeframes.

Tanuku Digital Marketing will not be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Late or incomplete content/material from the client
• Delayed feedback or approvals beyond 3 business days
• Third-party service outages (hosting, domain providers, payment gateways)
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.)

Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering quality work. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before work begins: Full refund of the advance payment if cancellation is requested before any work has started
• After work has started: No refund on advance payments once the project has commenced, as resources and time have already been allocated
• Monthly services: No refund for the current month if cancellation is requested mid-month. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle with 15 days' written notice
• Disputes: If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue through additional revisions

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days' written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client will pay for all work completed up to the date of termination
• Any advance payments made are non-refundable for work already completed
• All deliverables completed and paid for will be handed over to the client
• Incomplete work will not be delivered until full payment for completed portions is received

Tanuku Digital Marketing reserves the right to immediately terminate services if the client engages in abusive, threatening, or illegal activities.

Limitation of Liability

Tanuku Digital Marketing will not be liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits arising from the use or inability to use our services
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Results of SEO campaigns (Google rankings cannot be guaranteed)
• Performance of third-party services, hosting providers, or ad platforms
• Data loss due to hosting provider issues, hacking, or technical failures beyond our control
• Any content provided by the client that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

We encourage clients to first contact us directly to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing legal action. Most issues can be resolved through open communication.
